THE TIDE POOLS

On day 3 of Punta Marenco, We walked down to the beach to find what creatures were lurking behind 
Chitin Brittlestar Tidepools
This is a Chitin, that was found along a rock, under the water  A Huge Brittle Sea Star! Look at the size of that thing! These were the different levels of tide pools we were looking in.
Starfishfront Group3 Crustycrab
A Star Fish!  One of the groups learning about their findings.  Land Crabs! 
Starfishback Crabinhand Anemone
This is the backside of the star fish, with its spores expanding, and searching for a surface.  Liz holding Mr. Crab  An Anemone, when the tide is in, they expand their tentacles, and our outstretched.

Our findings also included, a sea cucumber, a tiny fish, much smaller chitins and brittle sea stars, as well as a sea slug.
