How to get MSDNAA software from ELMS
You have to be registered as a user of ELMS (talk to your instructor, or come to BEP 453 and talk to Dr. Sakaguchi, the administrator of MSDNAA)
Once you are registered, you will get an e-mail from MSDNAA. In that e-mail you will find information about logging in to the Web site for ELMS.
http://msdn01.e-academy.com/nku_is/
Click the “Log In” button on the left side of the screen, and log-in.
· Your username is usually the NKU e-mail address: youname@nku.edu where yourname is your NKU account username.
· Your password is sent only through the above-mentioned e-mail. Even MSDNAA administrator does not know it, so please manage it accordingly.
Once you log in to the Web site, it will direct you to the “My software” section. If you have ordered the software before, they should be listed there. If not, the list should be blank. Go ahead click the link to order new software.
From the dropdown list of “Search by product titles,” select the software you want.
Click “Add to Cart,” read the guidelines, and click “I Agree.”
If you need to order more software, click “Continue Shopping;” otherwise click “Check Out.”
In the case of Visual Studio 6 Pro, there are 2 disks for Visual Studio. You have to order both. MSDN Library comes with the disks of Visual Studio, but you don’t need to order this.
Confirm your username and put your first and last name, and click “Next.”
Your order is complete.
